I had a direct liplift 2 months ago because the doctor said my philtrum was too thick to perform a bullhorn. Although I like my lips from the front but now it gave me a flat appearance from the side. Will filler help for projection?

You can continue to let the current filler dissolve or you can have hyaluronidase injected to dissolve it. To improve future results it is important to find an expert injector. Review before/after photos and discuss what you want in terms or results and your concerns.

HA fillers may be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Since these bulges occurred after your last treatment, you may wish to consider having this dissolved with the enzyme. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

You will want to wait two weeks from the date of injection before seeing your final result. Sometimes it takes more than one treatment of hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler. I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation if you still have concerns.
