Hi! So I'm at a point in my life where I would like to try an balance out my facial features. I've found that my chin and jaw area has seemed to have deteriorated significantly. My aim is to increase my jawline horizontally and extend my chin. My question to any maxo/plastic/ENT/ surgeon is based on the photos, would I benefit more from a sliding genioplasty (very small lower jaw), a chin implant, in combination with mandibular implants or a rhinoplasty to just balance jaw and chin! Thanks
