From the beard, it is possible to extract 1200-1500 grafts according to your photograph. Yes, it will help to increase density if you do not have donor left on the back of your head.

The only area that can be used to extract hair from beard is under the chin.Looking at your photos, the area is already weak. You will be spending money, time, and experience pain for some 800 grafts. It is not worth the investment .

We don't recommend the extraction of the grafts from the beard. First the donor area of the beard is the zone under the chin up of the neck. This area cannot provide more than 200 grafts. With this grafts number we cannot densify the recipient area. The hair taken from the beard is thick comparing to the hair from the scalp. It will not provide a natural result.
