I had a full face and neck lift about 11 months ago. I have been noticing jowling coming back, particularly on one side. I am coming up on a year post-surgery soon. Is it appropriate to ask for a small revision to correct the jowling? Everything else done is close to perfect.

Answer: Had full face and neck lift 11 months ago: should I ask for a revision?
I understand you are very upset because you had 3 surgeries in 3 years is a lot which will definitely slow down healing thats true.
My first suggestion would be to avoid a 4th surgery in short term. Based on your photos I assume you are very young ( you look very young which means you benefited...
I would recommend a revision face/necklift. I recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified ACTUAL plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training (ideally followed by an aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society).
Without any photos or further informatino, I typically advise waiting at least a year prior to revision to ensure that everything has softened and swelling has resolved. It depends somewhat on what technique was used initially and what needs to be addressed in the revision.
