Hi,Thank you for the question and photo. Based on the picture I think you could be a great candidate for buccal fat removal. This can easily be done in the office with incisions through the mouth and very little downtime. In can help thin the face in the area just to the side of the corner of the mouth. This will overall improve the contour of the face to make it more youthful and less sad looking. In addition, cheek filler can add volume around the cheekbones for a more feminine and elegant appearance. Based on the photo I think both in combination can provide beautiful results.
