You are likely a candidate for lower face and necklift. In addition, it appears that you have a long upper lip and would benefit from an upper lip lift. I suggest that you go on a few consultations.

What I see from your photos are some marionette lines and a fallen cheek. This is fairly standard lower face aging for someone who is anywhere between their late 30s and early 50s. Buccal fat is not part of this problem. I think you would be a good candidate for lifting of the lower 2/3. With the to up close photos posted I think you would benefit from full face/neck lift with SMAS over any buccal fat removal. Expect fees in the $16,000-$25,000 ranges. Best to seek in person or virtual with private practice boarded PS.
