I am wondering how I can surgically remove my upper cheek dimples which I've heard been called "Indian dimples". I understand that there isn't a common procedure to do this but I feel like there must be a way to detach the muscle from the skin with a simple surgery so I can smile confidently. These dimples have made me painfully self conscious for years and having them removed would change my life.
