I'm 54 and have always had a bottom heavy face. I had a mid-face lift and cheek implants years ago but am still bothered by the boxiness in my lower face. I'm a very fast metabolizer, so injectables don't give me much "bang for the buck" (fillers last just over a week and botox lasts 2-3 weeks).Would buccal fat removal help? Or do I need a full facelift? Thanks so much for your opinions.
