Indentation/dent on breast after fall - what could this be? (Photos)

Humorous488921
I am 16 months post op from a breast lift and change to sikicone implants. I had my first breast sunentaiom 4 years ago with silicone but they were heavy and saggy and i needed a lift. Two nights ago i had gone out in a backless dress braless (so no support) and was dancing and had taken a fall getting into my car. I then woke up the next day and had a dent in my right breast. A bit below fhe nipple. I do not think this is bottoming out or double bubble because the implant is not lower than the incision sight or then the other and the nipple has not changed position. I’m not even sure if it’s from the fall or it’s a coincidence that just happened. I also had tubular breast deformity in that breast that was corrected after first surgery. I am in another country for a month and am panickong a bit and wanted opinions please.
