Do I have symmastia? My cleavage line is shallow and very close together. I had my breast augmentation 9 months ago, but the distance between my breasts is very small, and I feel like the cleavage area looks a bit raised. When I wear a bra, my breasts become extremely close together. When I look down from above, I notice a slight bulge in the cleavage, and it makes me worried.

Yes you have bottoming out which is typical for saline implants that have been in for many years. Because the tissue envelope is thin, you would likely benefit from adding and internal bra rather than simple capsulorrhaphy. Galaflex is an excellent choice for that, along with Motiva implants.
