Question

I dislike how my prejowls folds are prominent, not sure if its due to my big cheeks or if I just need filler in the area or both. I would like to have something done to make the appearance of my lower face less saggy and help me recover my cheekbones. Also, I am not sure if I should consider liposuction on my neck to help my jawline and reduce that saggy look. I am very skinny, so the face fat is genetically there and will not go away with exercise.

You would need an in-office consultation to tell you better if you need a lipo or a buccal fat pad removal. 
And for the pre jowl fold, you could have either filler, or fat grafting.
