A year ago I put in a 280cc high profile, turning me form AA to C. I am getting it removed and know that there will be some sagging. Is there anything to help with elasticity for my skin to contract or tighten back? moisturizers or massages to do?
Answer: Appearance of Breasts after Breast Implant Removal?
Thank you for the question.
You will find that “tincture of time” will make the appearance of the breasts improve on a monthly basis after breast implant removal. It will take several months (and even up to one year) for skin redraping to occur. I think the use of massage and moisturizers may help (and can't hurt).
Fortunately, you do not have very large breast implants in place; hopefully, your skin will “bounce back” better than you expect.
Best wishes

Answer: Breast Implant Removal Good day! Generally after explantation, the shape and size of the breast will be unpredictable. The breast will be smaller and possibly sag more. Result varies between patients and it will largely depend upon their age, duration and size of the implant, or previous state of their breasts like existing anatomy, deformity, previous surgeries, underlying personal and family medical conditions, nicotine use, pregnancy and other factors. Improved appearance can also be achieved through natural breast augmentation or mastopexy in conjunction or after explantation if you don't want a re-implant. Do not hesitate to contact your surgeon about this and discuss realistic goals and expectations. Best of luck! #RealSelf100

Answer: How to Increase Skin Elasticity After Breast Implant Removal? Increasing skin elasticity after breast implant removal can take time and may not always fully restore the skin’s original condition. However, here are some strategies that may help:1. Proper Nutrition: A balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals can promote skin health. Collagen-boosting foods like citrus fruits, berries, and leafy greens ca be beneficial.2. Hydration: Staying well-hydrated helps maintain skin elasticity. Drink an adequate amount of water daily.3. Moisturize: Applying moisturizers or creams containing hyaluronic acid can help keep the skin hydrated.4. Massage: Gentle massage with natural oils like coconut or almond oil can improve blood circulation and potentially aid in skin elasticity.5. Exercise: Regular exercise, including strength training, can help tighten and tone the surrounding muscles, which can indirectly support skin elasticity.6. Avoid Rapid Weight Changes: Try to maintain a stable weight, as fluctuations can affect skin elasticity.7. Topical Treatments: Consult with your surgeon about topical treatments like retinoids or peptides that may improve skin texture.8. Skin Treatments: Procedures like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, or microneedling may be considered to improve skin quality, but consult with a plastic surgeon for recommendations.9. Time: Be patient, as skin can naturally recover some elasticity over time. Results vary from person to person.10. Sun Protection: Protect your skin from UV rays, as sun damage can decrease skin elasticity. Always use sunscreen.Consult with a healthcare professional to discuss your specific situation and to receive recommendations for improving skin elasticity after breast implant removal.

Answer: Improving the result after explantation - Use Fat
The loss of volume after explantation can be devestating. A lift only adds to the problem by leaving scars and does not adequately address breast shape in many cases. Adding fat after explantation, or at the same time as explantation - simultaneous implant exchange with fat "SIEF", is an operation we have developed that addresses these issues. see the attached link
best regards,
