There is really no reliable method to non-surgically increase the size of the breasts. Pills and pumps will not work.
It is not clear what you are asking; do you mean how to increase breast size non-invasively? The only way that I am aware of is to get pregnant, which seems a little extreme, and isn't a long-term solution, obviously. The most direct method is to place breast implants.
