I have very large features, but I would like my nose to be more petite and feminine. I would prefer to do a closed rhinoplasty, as I tend to scar easily. I know that I can't expect to get someone else's nose. But would it be possible to get something similar to her's with my nose as a starting point? Our noses from the side don't look that different, why is that when our noses from the front look so much different? What would you do to get my nose to look more like her's?

If you are only narrowing the nostril size, this can be done in the office with local anesthesia. Cost should be less than $2000. If you require a full tip rhinoplasty , it can cost double since an out patient center and more significant anesthesia may be required. Hope that helps.
