Your nose, including the tip can be narrowed and refined using a closed technique. I frequently recommend open procedures, which I started doing over 35 years ago, but it is not necessary in your case. Although you feel that your nose has "large features" subtle changes will give you the desired result. Be careful and choose an experienced rhinoplasty specialist.
