Yes, the implants are indeed a little too high right now.  But all is not lost: try a bandeau - type compression strap across the top of the breasts, to put a little downward pressure on them, and hopefully they will settle downwards.  Wear the bandeau as much as reasonably possible.

Your appearance looks typical at this stage and will continue to improve as the swelling subsides and the implants continue to settle into their desired position. This usually proceeds over the next several weeks as the lower pole skin/breast stretches to accommodate the implants. Follow-up closely with your surgeon for additional restrictions/instructions and the potential use of bras/garments or massage that may encourage the implant to settle appropriately. What did you do for the first 8 weeks?  That is when I take advantage of the healing process and involve my patients in helping determine where the implant will settle to.  But it certainly is worth it to keep trying as you are.  What you need to look at is your upper poles.  Are they in a desirable position for you?  If so, you simply need a revision of your lift.  If not, keep working at getting the implants to settle (as they often do an the most unusual of times) and if that fails, accept the possibility of needing a revision to lower them.  So its important to know your doctor's revision policy before you have surgery.  Best wishes!

Yes, they look a bit high at 3 months post-op but every patient is different so it could take up to 6 months for them to drop.  Don't worry, just make sure to follow your surgeon's instructions and continue to wear your strap and massage.  ac

These are still high, but we have all seen implants like this continue to drop by 6 months and end up with a nice contour. If the implants are soft, don't think capsular contracture.

Continue massage, consider pectoral strap. Follow with your surgeon.

At three months it is still abit early. From your profile photo they looka bit high but may be ok in the long run.

Based on your photos, it does appear that your implants are a bit high. However, without a front view, it is impossible to tell you if this is due to under-dissection of the medial and lateral aspects of your pockets. On the other hand, as your pocket and breast tissue stretch and accommodate your implants, the implants may continue to drop in time. If your implants are soft and mobile it is unlikely that your are developing capsular contracture. Thank you for sharing you photos and concerns. Best wishes.
