Is it possible to have a stitch come out of your nose a day after a septoplasty? Should I be concerned? (photo)

After applying my second sailing solution for the day (I was instructed to do this three times a day) I noticed that this string came out of my left nostril.

Most people don't see you in the angle where your head is tilted up, so nostril asymmetry isn't as important as some other features. You do seem to have a wide tip. The woman in the short video that I posted with this answer had her wide tip address in her rhinoplasty.Be sure to read the ...

Agree with other answers that given the limited information available with the 2 CT "slices," it does appear that you have a deviated septum and inferior turbinates that are enlarged.  Correcting those problems will help your breathing but, without examining you, it is impossible to say whether ...
