Silicone butt injections are illegal and you will never know what was exactly injected. Most of the time it is commercial grade silicone. Commercial grade silicone causes intense inflammatory reaction and lumps called granulomas.Doing fat transfer over the silicone can carry high rate of infection.When the inflammatory reaction is bad and the granulomas are bad then removal of as much of the injected material is needed.
