Whenever I see a butt injection, I wonder what was injected. If this is truly hydrogel medical grade, and not causing any problems, I may recommend an MRI to see where the hydrogel is and watch you for a while. Removal of the hydrogel will cause deformity of the buttocks. Depending on how it was injected and the distribution of the hydrogel, there is no way to take it out completely. One can remove most of it but you will have a deformity of the buttocks that will need repair later. If you are having a problem with it then remove it.
