What's the name of the liquid silicone use for butt injection?

          I have seen quite a few patients with injections of various substances to the buttocks.  Trying to remove these items when problems arise can be very challenging and deforming to the patient.  You may want to consider getting your own fat transferred to your buttocks.  I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Liquid silicone is not approved for buttock augmentation.  Terrible complications may result from this treatment.  Acceptable techniques for buttock augmentation include solid implants and fat injection (fat injection is also called the Brazilian Butt Lift). If you're interested in buttock augmentation, make sure you consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

There is no FDA approved product for buttock injection. Most cases have used non-medical grade (industrial) silicone and lead to major complications. Stay away from anyone who is not a Board Certified plastic surgeon or anyone who wants to inject anything other than fat or FDA approved products in your buttock.
