Fillers can be used to fill your dimple, but may be expensive to get the look you are looking for. In addition, you may need to have frequent maintenance sessions. I would consider using Sculptra as will be provide you with the most cost-effective solution and one of the longest lasting non-surgical solution.
Filler injection may be appropriate, but I cannot determine this from the single photo. Fat grafting can be very effective and may be more cost effective if more than a few ccs are needed. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Dear Habibaketa, Dimples in the buttock are often caused by tight fibrous bands of tissue that tether the skin down to the underlying buttock muscle. Sometimes these dimples are also the result of scarring from injections given in the buttock. Without releasing these tethered tissues, a filler alone such as your own fat or Sculptra often fails since the tight tissues cannot stretch or relax enough for the filler to have impact. A release of the bands through a small incision and then filling the pocket will often successfully address your concerns. Hope this helps.
It is possible to undergo injections in this area either with your own fat or Sculptra after subcision which is releasing any scar tissue that may be preventing expansion of this region.
These injections can cause issues, but I typically only operate or contemplate operating if problems exist. MRI may be helpful for determining location or deposition.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

This is a very common question, as patients want to use something that is going to be simple but safe for their buttock augmentation. First of all I would NOT have PMMA, silicone, collagen, biopolymer or any other substance injected into your buttock that is not fat. That is a set-up for...
Please make sure that the doctor is a board certifed plastic surgeon with great credentials and that the only substance injected is your own fat. I have seen so many women who have had problems with injections of other materials. Sometimes they have pain, sometimes infection,...
Hardened lumps can be surgically removed, and I have had to remove some types of materials in patients bothered by these injections.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
For a plastic surgeon, there are only two definitive procedures for buttock augmentation: buttock implants and fat transfer (Brazilian buttlift). Please, Please, Please... Be careful about what...
