My Asian Eyelid Surgery Left Keloid Scars?

and i am thinking of eyelid surgery revision,but i am worried that it will leave another keloid scar. Is there a way to prevent keloid scar in my next surgery? Is there a way to remove my keloid scar in my eyelids? it really looks horrible. I can't hide it even if i put loads of concealer and eyeshadows.

The surgery to create or alter an upper lid crease should be tailored for one's anatomy, not one's ethnicity.  What you are asking is definately possible.  I would recommend seeking treatment by a surgeon who performs a high volume of double fold surgery.
