You may be able to improve the appearance of the scars with laser resurfacing. There is a risk of pigment changes with your skin tone, but that may be minimized with some pretreatment with bleaching creams.

Injection of incision postoperatively with 5Fu and steroids would decrease the risk of further hypertrophic scarring with other surgeries

First, not every bad scar is keloid. Your scars seem more like hypertrophic scar. It's important to differentiate these two types of scar because the treatment may be different. If the scar is the only reason you are considering a revision, I would suggest you to wait and observe for minimum 6 months, possibly a year,  after the surgery. You may also want to ask your doctor about steroid injection treatment for the scar.

 

The pictures posted show hypertrophic scars and not keloid. It is unusual to have keloids in the eyelids.
