I got insurance to cover my breast reduction. My breast hangs 30inches from nipple to collar bone.I have ton of extra skin and my breast sag so bad but i feel like there a decent size for my body. I am 22 and don't want flappy saggy breast but still want a balanced sexy figure. I am 5'2 160lbs. Doctors is this a smart idea? Will i really be an a or b if 440grams are removed from each breast. I can pinch tons of excess skin on my breast i am only 22 wont the problem get worse?
Answer: The Bellesoma Method You are an excellent candidate for The Bellesoma Method. This technique will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided and nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle. This allows you to remove whatever amount is necessary to achieve the optimal esthetic result. You have not told us your bra size but 440 grams may or may not be excessive. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast reduction Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations. Breast reduction eligibility and coverage by insurance varies from one insurance carrier to the next, and cannot be determined based on cup size, but only based on an in-person examination to figure out how much tissue the surgeon needs to remove. You also often have to qualify for multiple other criteria from your insurance carrier, so be sure to request their breast reduction coverage policy ahead of time before your plastic surgery visit to ensure you meet all the other non-size related demands that they have. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.

Answer: Reduction I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified, Double Fellowship-Trained Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Breast reduction Great question. At your age I think you are an ideal candidate for a breast reduction and autoaugmentation. What this means is that your breasts will be reduced (so the pain and discomfort goes away) but they will also look fuller and more aesthetically pleasing by re-positioning the remaining breast tissue in the upper pole of your breast (like an implant).By doing this you will achieve 2 things, a more comfortable position and lighter weight breasts and a much more aesthetically pleasing breast.

Answer: Should I get medical breast reduction done? 440 grams per breast or will I look odd? Thank you for your pictures and questions. I think that based on your goals, you would be a good candidate for a breast reduction procedure. Make sure you are working with a board certified (ABPS) plastic surgeon and discuss in detail your specific size goals and you do not want to get in the situation of removing too much tissue just to meet insurance criteria and leaving you with a result that you are not happy with. Best of luck!
