I assume that when you had your BBL , fat was transferred not only to the buttocks but also to the hips creating a more heart shaped butt and a curvier result to accent the smaller waistline. I believe what you are asking is since some of the size has already decreased, at what point will the final result be measurable? I tell my patients that at 3 months probably 80-90% of what is there will remain but they really have to wait 6 months to see the final result. Of course weight gain or loss after surgery can affect even after 6 months, as these are living fat cells that can change according to diet and exercise.
