I want to get a bbl. I just had a baby a few weeks ago so my stomach has some extra skin. Would I need to lose weight before bbl? And would it still look good if I didn't get a tummy tuck? And are the results I'm hoping for unrealistic?
Answer: Need to Lose Weight Before BBL - 19 YO, 5'7", 217 lbs Dropping a few pounds to maintain a stable weight at about 192 would provide you with optimal results and less risk for complications during surgery and recovery. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back and bra rolls to harvest fat for the BBL would improve the contours of your body. At age 19, I would not recommend a TT unless you plan to have no more children as you may need another TT or a revision after another baby.Women will usually need at least 3 months for recovery from childbirth and to return to a stable weight before a BBL, although there is certainly a great deal of variability in this. Answer: An optimal BMI equals optimal surgery I would shed the baby weight if at all possible. You will have a much better result and lower your risk of complications and a suboptimal result
