20 days post op umbilical hernia repair. Should I worry that after cleaning, I found this bright red/pink blister? (Photos)

I’m honestly not sure if it’s a blister, but it’s pinker and brighter than the rest of it. So I’m not so sure. I hear a lot about wounds “separating”, I just hope everything is ok. I’ve attached photos.
