9 weeks post op hernia operation, right side of the wound is bleeding and open. Advice?

Thank you for your question. It is atypical for an incision to be unclosed 9 weeks after your surgery, though the wound continues to remodel itself for 6 to 24 months. You do not state whether you are elderly, have cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, poor nutrition, or smoke or take anti inflammatory or immunosuppressive medications, all of which can impede (slow) healing. Other possibilities include a stitch abscess or reaction to the suture or mesh. 
In addition, physical trauma to a recent would can sometimes reopen it, leading to bleeding. Infection more than a month after surgery is uncommon, though it could be the cause of the nonhealing. I encourage you to consult with your surgeon or other health care provider for evaluation.
