My breasts are a D/E size, I like the shape but know as I enter my 30s it will change. I want to know if I can have each breast liposuctioned then an implant put in? I dont want a reduction as I dont like the big scarring. I want implants for the shape but dont want them on top of what I already have because that would be way to big (my body is a size 10 (aus). I want to keep the same breast size around about. Is lipo possible on the breast and replace my fat tissue with the implant? Thanks
Answer: Large Breasts and Making the Skin Envelope Tighter without Scars
The central question is how to maintain the volume of a breast and tighten the skin envelope without any degree of major scarring. Liposuction to remove tissue and then an implant to fill the skin envelope will not get you the tightened look you want.

Answer: Liposuction of Breasts and Breast Augmentation?
Although I understand the rationale behind your question, I do not think it would be wise to proceed with liposuctioning of the breasts as well as breast augmentation surgery. It is very likely that you will find that the liposuction procedure will be minimally effective, yet associated with significant risks such as irregularities and unsatisfactory skin redraping…
You may benefit most from in-person consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons. During this consultation process communicate your goals as clearly as possible. In my practice, I prefer the use of goal pictures help with this communication process.
Best wishes.

Answer: You cannot liposuction large (young) breasts as they are more gland than fat!
Aside from the fact that removing natural tissue to obtain implants because you like what you perceive to be "the shape of implants" is wrong on several levels, your breast tissue is youthful (you are in your 20's), meaning it is predominantly fibrous, glandular, and dense with minimal fat. Liposuction would only create dents, ripples, and scarring in the superficial fatty layer, while changing the size very little.
As for the "shape of implants," do you mean the high round "Baywatch" coconut look? (This is what happens with a poorly-done augmentation that develops capsular contracture, especially if above the muscle) A well-performed breast augmentation with submuscular cohesive silicone gel implants will create soft, natural-feeling, and (especially if large) naturally-teardrop-shaped breasts.
If you like your D/E shape now, why not enjoy the look you like until it changes enough to request whatever is necessary? Though that may indeed be a full breast lift, or perhaps a limited-incision modified lift, doing what you suggest now (instead of when you need it) will not prevent future skin-tightening surgery. If you are just asking about possible future options to avoid the lift scars when your breasts change as you get older, then I would counsel you to first wait and see what (and when) the future brings.
Who knows; you may have had several children, weight gain and hopefully loss, and perhaps your breasts won't change as much as you think they will. But this plan is not a good one, now or in the future, IMHO! Best wishes! Dr. Tholen

Answer: Liposuction Breast Reduction & Breast Implants Liposuction breast reduction is an effective procedure that can be used to reduce breast size as long as the nipple position is normal...no breast ptosis. While I can understand this choice in patients who do not want the scars of a traditional breast reduction, it is unconventional to combine this procedure with breast augmentation with an implant. While it is possible combine the procedures it is not necessarily recommended. I recommend that you have a thorough discussion with your surgeon and review photos with your surgeon to have a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve. A more conventional solution may still be available to you. Best of luck

Answer: Breast liposuction and implants
It does not make sense to me to first remove volume and then to add volume to your breasts. Adding an implant will make you larger and will have no significant impact on yoru skin envelope. Liposuctio will only make the breasts looser.
