I’m a year post-BL/BA. I’m happy with my results except for one thing. It looks like my areola skin was kind of pulled down below the incision line. Sometimes the skin below the areola puckers up, just like the areola does. Looks similar in color and texture too. Is that areola skin pulled down, or is that a hypertrophic scar? I would prefer to fix it if possible. The incision scars I’m OK with. But the puckering skin makes me self-conscious. Pictures attached.
