Taking just 1 pill a day can increase breast size?

Thank you for your question. I am not aware of any studies that have linked fish oil to breast enlargement. Breast size can fluctuate with your weight and other factors. Best of luck.

There is no data that associates the use of fish oil pills and increase in breast size. Breast size is largely a function of genetic predisposition as well as body fat percentage.

As for fish oil tablets and using them to increase the size of your breasts is probably not a proven treatment but most certainly one you can try.   Breast size can increase with weight gain as the tissue of the breast is made up of fat.  If you are considering surgery with breast implants that consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  Good luck.

Unfortunately, there is no evidence to say that fish oil or any other pills/supplements can safely and effectively increase breast size. Currently, the only way to do so would be to get a surgical procedure like breast augmentation.
