This single slice does not even provide insight regarding a possible orbital dystopia. A photograph of yourself in straight ahead gaze of the eye area would provide much more information. There are important things to understand. First craniofacial surgery is not cosmetic surgery. An orbital decompression can not be relied on to reposition the actual orbit. It is designed to increase the space behind the eye and is used to address proptosis or eye prominence. You did not post an actual photograph of yourself which would be essential to understand your concerns. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment.

Hello. It appears that you have asymmetric orbits. Without a facial photo, it's hard for me to truly assess, but you may actually have a hypoplastic sinus on the right. Orbital decompression can be used to move the globe, but it can cause complications including strabismus. It's something that should be discussed thoroughly during an in-person evaluation.
