I honestly have not seen any significant changes with the non invasive I-Lipo treatments. They tell you it that diet is important and i think that is right because the diet makes all the difference.
It is dependent on how many calories you burn within 3 hours of the start of a session. Sometimes it is easier to see results with pictures, especially with under chin fat reduction. Under the chin is a very hard place to measure. We try to be 'scientific" about doing the measurements. You have foot placement marked on the floor so that your feet are placed the same way each time. We instruct you to note where you are holding your hands so that they will be in the same place each time. We tell you not to "suck in your gut' so that measurements are more realistic. We mark where the tape measure was placed so that we can measure the same area as much as possible.Usually you should see some loss after each treatment. The average loss I see is about 1/4 inch (some go as high as 3/4 inch but that is not the norm) when comparing the before measurements from session to session. Most people measure 1 inch or more lost from beginning of a session to the end. You will only obtain the loss associated with the number of calories burnt in the 2.5 hours post treatment. So the amount lost is totally dependent on you and how many calories you burn off. I hope this helps. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Pat Donahue MS, FNP-C
