I recently had 6 sessions of iLipo, I also had tubal ligation 5 years ago.. Does iLipo melt the tubal ligation?

It's been more than a week ,& I haven't got my periods .. So I'm worried may be because of I LIPO my tubes are open or tubal ligation is affected
