What is the Difference Between I Lipo and Ultrasonic Liposuction? Does It Work for Inner Thigh?

I am looking into either do I-Lipo or Ultrasonic Liposuction for my inner thigh...but I am confused what would work best for me.

I would stick with tumescent liposuction for the inner thigh.  I still think it comes down to the surgeon for the result.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

I-Lipo is a non-invasive laser light treatment similar to Zerona laser light treatment. Both utilize external laser light to stimulate the subcutaneous fat cells causing the cells to shrink in size. However, these non-invasive treatments do not permanently remove the fat cells; as a surgical liposuction, including ultrasound or Vaser liposuction, does. For moderate circumferential fat reduction, treatments like I-lipo or Zerona may be reasonable to consider. However, for spot areas, such as the inner thigh, a surgical liposuction, with or without ultrasound, will probably give you more noticeable results. Best wishes.

Liposuction results are tied directly to the skill of the hands on the end of the equipment. Pick the right surgeon and let him worry about what equipment to use.

Do not choose who will do your liposuction by the method. Any method can occomish your goals. It is the surgeon and their experience that is important. Choose a board certified plastic surgeon, as they are the only group with specific training in liposuction. Then look at hoe long they have been doing the procedure and how many they have done. There are now many non-surgeons doing liposuction with minimal training.
