Just fell on stairs after 6 days post op after breast augmentation. Did I mess up my results?

I just fell going up my stairs because a bee was chasing me! I caught myself on the rail so my arm went up and caught all my weight and really pulled at the muscle I am in a lot of pain it hurts near my armpit the worse but my left breast also really hurts. I have not noticed any swelling. I tried calling my surgeon but they were busy. I'm afraid I have really messed up.
