Hi Aliceli,Love you doggy sleeping in the background. I would likely treat you with 2 vials of Sculptra on each side at your first session. You may require more in a few months depending upon your reaction to the Sculptra treatment. You are welcome to contact us during this stay at home period for a Virtual Consultation. Stay well!Michael A. Persky, MDEncino, CA Web reference (A link to support your answer)[ ][ ]Post to Twitter
improvement with sculptra takes ALOT of vials so I tell people if you are willing to spend the money and then MAINTAIN it , you will do great. regular RF treatments and muscular stimulation like tyuscluptFLEX will enhance the sculptra. start with 8-10 vials a side 2 treatments about 6 weeks apart, then 4-6 vials each side every 4-6 months.Sculptra with the right dilution doesn't cause nodules in the buttock and is very safe. It should be combined with RF treatments to get the sculptra to work even better/stimulate it to produce collagen such as venus legacy / exilis ultra / thermage / inmode forma or contoura. We often will add bellafill or renuva to certain areas to improve indentations or the buttock roll to get more definition and softening or to improve overall size and shape. Smooth novathreads do very well to improve laxity of the buttock as well non surgically. Just know that sculptra takes numerous treatments and vials, its a large expense and must be maintained at least 2 times a year after a series of treatments for the best result. Dr. Emer.
Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. I would recommend starting with 4 vials per side and reevaluate after 8 to 10 weeks. New collagen formation can take up to 6 months or more but a good assessment can be made at the 8 to 10 week mark.In our office, we combine Emsculpt with Sculptra (or Bellafill) to give further enhancement to the results.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
It is extremely difficult to determine the number of vials a person may need for their BBL or hip dip correction based on the photographs alone. The body is three-dimensional and a plastic surgeon needs to see you in person in order to give you an approximate number of vials needed. There are also many other options that can be used in your case. Fat grafting obtained from around the waistline can give you a great result that you're looking for and this will promise you a permanent and natural looking result as long as the procedure is done by a well-versed in fat grafting plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
Hi there,Likely would start with 2-3 vials initially and that would be repeated in 3 sessions every 6 weeks. Then evaluate 8 weeks after 3rd session. Beautiful product if you are patient and can afford it as Sculptra runs $600-$700 a vial.See an expert! Best of luck...
Thank you for your question, yes, Sculptra can be used to improve the shape of the buttocks. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired ...
Yes, 10 vials as a start is a common and good recommendation. From there, you observe the result and see if you need more or not depending on your goals. Sculptra unlike other fillers increases volume as it induces collagen production. So the solution itself is not the one that produces the...
Sculptra is a different type of treatment than other injectable fillers. This formulation works by stimulating the body to produce more collagen, which creates natural fullness from the inside out. Since it is your own collagen creating the additional volume, the results usually feel quite...
