Chin implant or sliding genioplasty? (Photo)

BryanNB
As you can see from the pic I have a weak chin and neck fullness (mainly due to anatomy) and my goal is to have my chin augmented vertically and laterally (more vertically) to have a better neck angle (see simulation pic). Can this be achieved w/an anatomical implant or would I need to have a sliding genio? I’ve considered the vertical lengthening implant but am concerned about stability. I’d prefer to get an implant for financial reasons but don’t want to waste money if the SG is my only real option.
