Can the results of J-Plasma cause skin irregularities if I have a significant amount of scar tissue from previous liposuction?

I have a “dent” on my hip from previous lipo/tummy tuck. I am considering lipo and J-Plasma for my flanks and bra area (not previously treated). However, I’m concerned that the scar tissue in areas previously treated will not have a smooth result.
