Tummy tuck and lipo. How often should I be changing dressings?

I am now 6 dayspost op and my dressings are still in situ, main incision dressing changed 4 days ago on discharge. All intact but do they need changing as a matter of course? Tummy button still has padding inside, does this need removing now?
