Hello, Thanks for your question.  You do not say how many treatments you completed.  With LHR it is necessary to complete 6-8 treatments 4-8 weeks apart, depending on the area being treated.  Do you know what kind of device was used?  There are several types of devices out there, some light based (IPL) and others that are actual lasers. A laser device is definitely going to be a better option for laser hair removal. I'm guessing that the consent form that you signed probably will give them an out for refunding your money.  You must complete the series of treatments before it can be determined whether it worked or not.Good Luck!
