Is there a surgery to make the medial canthus downturned?

I tried to post this with a photo of Miranda kerr to show my desired result but it wasnt approved because it wasnt my photo, you may have to google. Basically i just really like downturned medial canthus, it makes the eyes look more attractive and almond shaped. I was wondering if theres a surgsry for this? Who does it? And whats an estimated cost? I know this is a weird request but I'm determined to get it done.
