I get dermatitis on my eyelids due to a confirmed dust mite allergy. All the information for dermal fillers say that people allergic to gram positive bacteria would risk contraindications. I’m not sure what the specific allergens in dust mites are made of, whether they are bacterial or not, but would it still be safe to get filler if you have this particular allergy?

You shouldn't have any negative side effects with fillers. It is very rare for fillers to have any contraindications. Confirm with your injector, but you should be totally fine!
