Upper lip won't lift to show teeth when I smile now after rhinoplasty, how can this be corrected? (photos)

I had surgery for a deviated septum 5 years ago. Like most rhinoplasty, your nose continues to grow and change. Mine cause my septum to become hard, preventing my upper lip from rising when I smile and also my nostrils to enlarge. How can this be corrected?

The upper lip can be lifted with making incision under the nose. This will make your lips look larger and lift the lip.

You have post rhinoplasty hanging lip issue .  This happens from disrruption of muscles that attach from base of nose to upper lip, and alteration of nasal spine at time of septoplasty.Muscles can not be restored. However nasal spine deficiency can be improved with placement of grafts at base of septum.
