I did not have hollows under my eyes before injecting sculptra in my cheeks to treat drooping in my lower face. The doctor that did it suggested I do prp with liquid gold injections to remedy the hollow. I have been doing that though it is very expensive and the results only last 3-4 months. These procedures performed a week apart will not interact as they function at different levels. Sculptra is traditionally injected very deep on the periosteum (the surface of the bone), while the Tixel treatment works on the superficial skin.
