CO2 laser resurfacing of the face can go to different depths and the deeper it goes, the longer the recovery will be. In general, I would say that once the redness from the laser has resolved, it should be safe to have fillers done.
Even though it is safe to have injectable fillers placed into the face as soon as the face has epithelialized after a CO2 laser treatment it is not advisable only because there’s some residual swelling which may distort the final outcome. I recommend my patients have fillers approximately one month after the CO2 laser resurfacing. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
