In general, it is not normal to leak fluid this far out after a lipo procedure, no matter what type of lop suction was done.
With that said, it is a good sign that the fluid is yellow, which indicates that this is serous fluid. Serous fluid is normal body fluid, found in your blood stream when your red blood cells are not present. That fact that there is no smell is also reassuring. And when looking at the pictures you supplied, there is no evidence of redness around the drain site. No redness or smell minimizes the chance for infection being present. A small collection of serous fluid, called a seroma may be present under that incision. Since the area does not look puffy or enlarged, if a seroma is present, it is very small. 
What strikes me about the drain site is the look of the hole, it looks like the tissue is healing circumferentially around the drain site but not sealing over, therefore allowing for normal body fluid        ( serous fluid) to continue to leak. Irritating the edges, with a treatment using Silver nitrate, might be all that is necessary to cause the incision to finally seal over and heal.

It is possible you have developed a seroma (fluid collection) that may need to be drained. Your physician should be able to determine this on exam.
