Bikini competition is 12/12/15 and today is the start of my "peak week". It's basically a crazy carb cycle, with limiting water intake and sodium. I take BCAAs to get through my workout. I've read the ingredients on what not to take 2 weeks prior to my breast augmentation and none of the ingredients in my BCAAs are listed. Is it safe to take? If not, can I stop on Sunday 12/13? My procedure is 12/17. Thanks.
