Do I have to stop taking BCAAs 2 weeks prior to my breast augmentation? (photos)

Thank you for your question. If you don't see any ingredients on the list, then yes, that should be fine to continue it. I'd be more concerned about your water restriction because we do want you well-hydrated for surgery. Plus, you will be receiving IV fluid during the procedure, and your body will respond to the stress by retaining some fluid. I would hydrate well after the competition in prep for the surgery a few days later. Best of luck on the competition!
