My stitches have been in for 30 days. This is a very deep dog bite. Should I leave them in until the wound closes? (photos)

The wound was not closed tightly at the ER. The wound was very deep and split in the middle . How long can they stay in? I can't afford to return back to the doctor to have them checked out. These pics were taken today.
