Small circle scars on my lower buttocks after lipo? (Photos)

Hello and thank you for posting photos along with your question. It is unfortunate that you have experienced some issues with your surgical procedures. These scars appear to be from the entry site of the cannulas used to either perform the liposuction or to inject the fat. It is most likely from the liposuction cannulas however, because the entry sites for fat injection are usually much smaller, undergo less friction and typically heal very well. I would give it some time, at least 6 months, but typically scars take about a year to mature and lighten. If they don't lighten then excision is an option. These scars can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Yes, these are most likely scars from either lipo or fat placement, or both.  They should lighten up over the next few months, or you can use hydroquinone to try to bleach them.
