Would lipo help reduce the fat pad around my pubic area?

Question

I am 42 only weigh 175 and have a smallish pubic fat pad of maybe 2 inches of fat , but it really effects the way it looks and feels down there. The girth is extremely flaccid the majority of the time , which I can't pinpoint as to why ? The length is obviously affected by the few inches of surrounding fat, It feels/looks prepubescent at times , I think lipo of the fat pad will tremendously help , Still though I can't quite figure out why the thickness seems to be affected by the fat pad ?

Yes, liposuction can help improve this area. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. Yes, liposuction normally works very well in this area. It is not uncommon in women to have excess fat in this area.  A consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will provide you with a full evaluation and treatment plan.

It sounds as though the area you're describing is called the mons. This area frequently builds up an excess of fat and responds very well to liposuction. The liposuction can be performed under local or general anesthesia and improves in appearance considerably, but you need to bee seen in a consultation to be sure... Good luck!
