What can I do about Silk Peel Dermalinfusion redness/irritation? (Photos)

heatherg2323
I went to a spa today to try the Silk Peel Dermal Infusion my face looked fine when I left but about 3 hours afterwards I noticed my face is increasingly extra red and irritated. I have tried searching online to see if redness occurring is normal but it only states minimal redness right after the procedure, but my redness keeps increasing? Is this normal? If not what should I do?
